Behind the design
We provide support to designers and clients during the pre-specification phase by utilizing our extensive experience in the product field. In the preliminary design phase, we assist the designer in defining processes, materials, and organizational and logistical operations. We create a detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) to monitor costs, timelines, and quality.
We carefully select a supply chain of national and international suppliers distributed across various geographic regions. We manage and produce samples, prototypes, and mock-ups quickly and efficiently, followed by an evaluation and preparation for the roll-out phase. We conduct detailed analysis of concepts and propose product improvements, as well as suggestions for enhancing the supply chain and reorganizing logistics to reduce process times and costs.
